Arunendu Mazumder
Arunendu Mazumder sits at the intersection of law, technology, and learning design. Based in Stockholm, he serves as AI and Legal Innovation Lead at Synch Law AB, where he drives AI adoption, engineers internal legal tech tools, and runs AI literacy programs that equip legal professionals to work with confidence in a rapidly shifting landscape. He is also the Innovation Engineer behind ZeroGravity, Synch's regulatory compliance platform.
Arunendu holds an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Oslo and an Associate Degree in AI and Business Consultancy from Hyper Island, a combination that gives him rare fluency across legal, technical, and strategic domains.
Beyond his firm work, he serves as an AI Ethics Associate and core team member of the IWIB4AI initiative, contributing to conversations that keep human values at the center of AI development.
He describes himself simply as a translator, someone who makes the complex legible, builds tools that solve real problems, and helps organizations move from AI curiosity to confident, purposeful adoption.
